Kathleen O’Reilly has a BA in Honours Psychology from Mount Royal University and her Master of Counsellor Education from Gonzaga University and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Kathleen was trained in the Adult Attachment Interview in Tokyo, Japan - a system designed to assess attachment style and support clients in resolving attachment injury. She is currently in training to become a Family Constellations facilitator.

Kathleen takes a family systems approach to therapy, which means she helps client consider their behaviour within the context of their family system and constellation of current relationships. She empowers clients with a deeper understanding of why they behave the way they do, and supports them to choose differently. This approach to therapy is helpful to anyone who finds their relationships difficult to navigate. Through formulating a secure attachment with the self, one can then begin to formulate secure attachment to others.

Anne has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has trained in Transactional Analysis, Re-decision therapy, Advanced Integrative Therapy, Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Anne supports her clients in making personal changes toward becoming their best selves. She uses her skills to support clients in recovering from current life challenges like addiction, marital difficulties, depression and anxiety. Often these present-day difficulties are old hurts that were once effective strategies for survival in childhood, but no longer serve. Change is possible!
